As a leading authority in Epidemiology and Public Health, Professor Dr. Moy Foong Ming brings a unique and essential analytical perspective to our surgical community. Her pioneering research in population health and disease prevention is instrumental in helping InciSioN Malaysia evolve beyond the operating theatre.
